Our Principal

Damon T. Gray, AIF®, CIMA®

With over twenty years of investment industry experience, Damon T. Gray is managing principal and founding member of Jura Investments™ LLC. Mr. Gray has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional designation authorized by the Center for Fiduciary Studies and has received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility.

Prior to forming Jura Investments™, Mr. Gray was a vice president for PNC Institutional Investments, responsible for delivering institutional investment products to corporate executives. Before joining PNC, Mr. Gray was vice president with CSC Entity Services, where he provided solutions to special purpose vehicles (SPV) and real estate conduits. Mr. Gray was also a senior investment and trust consultant for TIAA-CREF Trust Company, FSB, where he provided wealth services to high-net-worth investors. Mr. Gray has been employed in a variety of positions with the Vanguard Group, notably as senior investment manager responsible for providing investment advisory services to high-net-worth individuals.

Mr. Gray currently serves on the board of directors of the Drueding Center/Project Rainbow, which provides transitional housing and other services to homeless women and children. The Drueding Center/Project Rainbow is an extension of the Holy Redeemer Health System. Mr. Gray is also a mentor with Philadelphia Futures, a nonprofit organization that supports promising urban minority students from high school through freshman year of college.
